What is it?

ETI Referral program is really simple. We will extend your account for one month or more of service equivalent to your referral's purchase amount. So for every user who joins for any new service account and lists you as the referral, you get Free Service. That's right, you get FREE INTERNET! It's just our way of saying, Thank You!

Who is Eligible?

This offer may be used by any existing customer who has no past due amounts on the account at the time of the referral. This program applies to all service accounts. This program may not be combined with any other offer or promotion.

When do I receive my free months of service?

After your referral's first completed month of paid use, your account will be extended based on the purchase amount of your referral. And, you can refer as many friends as you wish and receive additional extentions to your account! There is no limit on the number of free months you can earn.

Are there any exceptions?

Any ETI user may participate in the program. T1 or higher service (MBIS or BIS) customer accounts are handled slightly differently and will earn credits on their accounts. These credits will then be applied to any invoice billed to the account. There is no limit to the number of referral credits that may be earned nor is there any limit on frequency or period.

What information should my friend provide?

When your friends call to open an account, they should provide the customer service representative your username or e-mail address, and ask to be included in the Referral program. They can also list your username on our easy Online Signup page. Please call 1-856-753-9840 for more information.

D E T A I L S:

1. The person you refer must be a NEW ETI customer with no current service of any kind with ETI.
2. This program may not be used after your account has expired or after deactivation.
3. The referral and the referring customer may not be the same person or at the same address.
4. The referral must remain a customer for at least thirty (30) days as an account in good standing before the referring customer can earn a free service or credit to their account.
5. Free months or credits may be applied to any subscription service account.
6. Free month does not apply to Dedicated lease line T1 & higher MBIS and BIS service accounts. These service accounts will be issued a credit equivalent to the referral's purchase amount not including Taxes & Fees nor shipping & handling. The credit will then be applied to the oldest open invoice.
7. Credit earnings are based upon the referral's monthly subscription fee and may not exceed that amount.
8. There is no limit to the number of free months that may be earned during the term of your active service account.
9. If your account is deactivated for any reason, all unused free months or unused credits are forfeited.
10. Unused Free months may be transferred between accounts whether the accounts are for the same subscriber or another.
11. Free months and credits carry no cash value and are not refundable.
