Please follow the directions below to configure Microsoft Office Outlook 2003.
Getting Started with Outlook 2003
Open Outlook 2003
In Microsoft Outlook, "select" Tools > E-mail Accounts
On the E-mail Accounts wizard window, "select" Add a new e-mail account and "click" Next
For your server type, "select" POP3 and "click" Next
Configure your Outlook 2003 for POP3 and SMTP Authentication
Type in your User Information:
Your Name as you want it to appear in an Email
Your full email address for this Email Account
Type in your Server Information:
For Incoming mail server enter pop3.eticomm.net (or mail.yourdomain.com if your Domain is hosted with ETI
For Outgoing mail server enter mail.eticomm.net (or mail.yourdomain.com if your Domain is hosted with ETI (If you are a Comcast or Verizon customer, please use your Comcast or Verizon server name in the SMTP server setting. Both companies block port 25 so you need to send mail out through their servers.)
Type in your Logon Information:
If your email address is @eticomm.net then enter just your username without @eticomm.net (Or if your Domain is hosted with ETI then use your entire e-mail address eg. info@yourdomain.com)
Enter the password for your EMail Account
"Check" the remember password field
"Click" More Settings
On the Internet E-mail Settings window, "select" the Outgoing Server tab, "Select" My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication, and "Click" OK
