How to Create a Dial Up Networking Connection in Windows Vista

1. From the Start menu, choose Control Panel.
   
    
2. In the upper-left, click Switch to Classic View.
   
    
3. Open the Network and Sharing Center icon.
   
    
4. Select Set up a connection or network.
   
    
5. Choose Connect to the Internet and click the Next button.
   
    
6. Choose Connect using a dial-up modem and click the Next button.
   
    
7. In the Phone Number field, type the 7-digit local access number.
8. In the User name field, type your user@eticomm.net.
9. In the Password field, type your Password.
10. In the Connection Name field, type ETI DirectDial button.
    
     
11. Check the box next to Allow Other people to use this connection.
12. Click the Connect button.
