ETI eNtelligence Subscription Service (ESS) reports

ETI's eNtelligence reports contain the following information, and can be ordered in a monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annual basis, to customize the results to your specifice business requirements.

Concise Summary Report

Overview of your Search Engine Positions by keyword and Search Engine and shows your last reported positions. So now you can track if your site moved down the listings or up the listings when it happens which allows you to take the necessary steps as a result.

Summary Description Report

Provides what your listing's Summary Description look like on each Search Engine. Ensure that what you've submitted was accepted as well as review what it looks like to the user. Helps you to ensure they look the way you want them to look.

Detail Report:

Shows what is positioned above and below your listing on the Search Engines. Analysis of this report will provide the information of where your competition stands next to your listing and what if anything can be implemented to improve that position.

Alert Report:

This report will alert you to Search Engines where your site submission might have declined in rank or have been dropped entirely. The alert report gives you your next action items to help you maintain your rankings over a period of time.

Trend Report

The trend report shows a summary of your rank statistics over time by Engine and keyword. This becomes a guide to help you meet your long-term goals for each Engine and keyword. Depending on your site's Trend, you may want to add keywords or remove certain keywords if it's giving you the wrong type of traffic. Further, this report provides an overview of your site's position trends before and after your ESS implementation.

Competitive Analysis Report

This reports provides you the insight on which if any of your competition comes up using your keywords or phrases in the Search Engines. Compare your position against one or more competing Web sites.

Page & Keyword Report

One or more pages of a website may be submitted for listing and or is captured for listing in a Search Engine. Depending on your site and focus, this report allows you to focus and target those pages that you decide as the most important. View the effectiveness of each page on your Web site where a ranking was found in a Search Engine. This will also allow you to elimiate those pages that don't need enhancing since they are achieving the desired results and highlight those pages that do require enhancing or improvement.

ESS Log Report

Provides records of the mission (ESS run) statistics and includes the complete unmodified results received from the Search Engines during the run. This is the raw data.

Submission Verification Report

After determining the changes necessary for your site from an ESS run and completion of the resulting changes to your site, your site would be resubmitted to the Search Engines. This report informs you which web pages were successfully submitted and indexed. It will also assist in determining that previous submission are still indexed, since all listings have the potential of being dropped from a Search Engine based on that Engine's criteria.
